The Hotam organization attacked the Supreme Court's decision regarding allowing chametz in hospitals on Passover.
"The Court continues to operate on an agenda to harm the Jewish character of the State of Israel. Following the disgrace of the nine-month-old decision, the Supreme Court Chief Justice continues to favor the position of Adalah, the secular forum, and Yoram Lass regarding the Jewish identity of the State of Israel, while disgracefully ignoring the huge public who keeps kosher.
"Apparently with Chief Justice Hayut, the decision that harms the Jewish identity of the State is not considered as such 'because of the importance, difficulty, or renewal of a ruling that has been decided on the matter, there is room for further discussion' as the law defines it. The Abulafia bakery in Jaffa, which has been closed for years on Passover, has respect for Jews, while the Supreme Court continues to work to make Israel a state of all its citizens. In one word, insanity."
