Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu called the grandson of Lithuanian haredi leader Rabbi Chaim Kanievsky and asked for full haredi cooperation with the tight lockdown.
The rabbi said "Prime Minister Netanyahu is now talking to Maran Shlita's grandson. During the conversation, Yaakov Kanievsky conveyed to Prime Minister Netanyahu the message that Rabbi Kanievsky this morning ordered the closure of the hedereim for a few days.
