Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu's defense attorneys responded to the legal advisor's memorandum submitted by the State Attorney's Office regarding the approval he gave for the Prime Minister's investigations, claiming is was a violation of the decision.
"The court's decision was simple and clear: The prosecutor's office must provide the defense with the certificates 'in the existing format for each of them' - neither a memorandum nor a retrospective registration. The memorandum submitted does not comply with the court's decision and amounts to deciding for themselves," the defense attorneys said.
