PM at cabinet meeting: Mutation soaring, entering most dangerous wave

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu said at the beginning of the cabinet meeting that he would discuss tightening the lockdown: "The mutation is soaring, the hospitals are warning - we're entering the most dangerous wave since the outbreak of the plague."
