Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu at the cabinet meeting praised the security forces who captured the murderer of Esther Horgan in northern Samaria.
"I would like to commend the GSS, the police, and the IDF who led to the capture of the despicable terrorist who brutally murdered the late Esther Horgan. We will not allow him or anyone who helped him to escape justice. All those who seek our evil will know, and they see it time and time again: Israel's long arm will reach them anywhere and anytime," Netanyahu said.
