A 35-year-old worker was hit by a heavy object that fell on him at a construction site on Yaar Ben Shemen Street in Modi'in-Maccabim-Re'ut.
MDA paramedics evacuated him to Sheba Tel Hashomer Hospital in critical condition with a head injury, under sedation and respiration.
