The Ministry of Health said on Monday morning that 134,226 Israelis were vaccinated against the coronavirus on Sunday.
Health Minister Yuli Edelstein said, "1,224,000 people vaccinated. We are winning in the vaccine race but unfortunately losing the battle against the mutation. The rise in morbidity should worry any elected official who needs to remember that his first commitment is to public health."
