The head operation on Rivka Teitel, who was injured in the rock-throwing attack that took place in the Binyamin region on Sunday, concluded a short while ago.
Sheba Hospital said that Teitel is responsive but her condition is still serious. Teitel was transferred for further treatment in the neurosurgical department.
