Jailed husband of woman injured in terror attack asks for temp leave

Yaakov Teitel, jailed husband of Rivka Teitel, hospitalized when her car was targeted in a stone-throwing attack today, has asked authorities to grant him a temporary leave of absence so he can be at his wife's bedside.
