Min of Health: 'Not aware of any lockdown'

Min of Health, Yuli Edelstein, harshly criticized the Knesset committee that forced the planned lockdown to make way to a number of loose measures.

"I'm not aware of any lockdown here," said Edelstein in an interview to Reshet B Radio. "Four days ago, a number of provisions were put in motion. "We approached the Cabinet with requests for a full lockdown and got a number of tightened measures, which were watered down to a few limitations once the committee had dealt with it," he stated.
