MK Shevach Stern, a member of the Likud's constitution committee, said in an interview with Reshet Bet radio on Wednesday evening that he would appeal to the party's internal court against the decision to allow the Prime Minister to reserve spots on the party’s slate for candidates of his choice.
"Last time the court ruled that the constitution committee and the secretariat have no authority to approve this without changing the constitution," Stern said.
