Following the murder of Esther Horgan, Yamina MK Matan Kahane asked Defense Minister Benny Gantz: "Will Esther's heinous murderer also receive generous financial compensation like the other terrorists?"
MK Kahane noted, "According to an investigation by the Jerusalem Center for Public and State Affairs, a law was discovered in the Palestinian Authority about five years ago, according to which every person who murders a Jew receives automatic compensation and wages for himself and his family. A salary that is not limited in time for the rest of his life.
"In light of the arrest of Esther Horgan's murderer, will the State of Israel demand a stop to the automatic payment for the killer?" Kahane asked.
