Transport Minister Miri Regev responded in an online interview to Ze'ev Elkin's leaving the Likud, and his criticism of the Prime Minister.
"Where has he been all these years? If he thought it was so dangerous for the country why didn't he get up and leave? It's subversive in my eyes," Regev said.
Regev also attacked Gideon Sa'ar and said: "He did not accept the movement's rules or the voters and did not accept democracy. He understood that he could not advance in the Likud, that the Prime Minister was repeatedly elected by the party's functionaries and received the public's trust - so he went and hung his hopes on those people from the center-Left who would elect him."
