Minister of Internal Security, Amir Ohana (Likud), instructed the Prisoner Services Dept not to vaccinate "security prisoners" in Israeli jails.
Ohana instructed prison facilities to vaccinate employees only and said prisoners would receive vaccinations once the general population was taken care of.
