Zeev Elkin to resign from Knesset today

MK Zeev Elkin, who announced last night that he will be joining New Hope, the party founded by Gideon Sa'ar, will tender his resignation from the Knesset today, in a letter to be handed to Knesset Speaker Yariv Levin.
