MK Miki Haimovich commented in a post on her Facebook page on her decision to vote against the law to postpone the deadline to approve the budget.

"Binyamin Netanyahu has failed in the economy, failed to treat the coronavirus, and failed the most basic test of any elected official, and that is to act honestly and tell the truth to the people of Israel. Postponing the dissolution of the Knesset in order to exhaust the negotiations is nothing more than an unnecessary waste of time, so today I opposed it," Haimovich wrote.

"When the core values of democracy, the essence of the rule of law, are on the table, we cannot support the proposal and allow the pointless and false negotiations to continue. Netanyahu is untrustworthy, not even for another day. I decided to act in accordance with my conscience despite the position of Blue and White. We must put an end to the insanity that is sweeping our country. Let’s hope for better days," she added.
