The Im Tirtzu movement presented a survey which shows that 46.8% believe that the High Court has no authority to rule on matters of the law, compared with 35.7% who believe that the High Court has the authority.
Only 6.1% of the respondents give full confidence in the judges of the Supreme Court in Israel, while 17.4% of the public indicated that their level of trust in the judges is high. In contrast, almost half of the public, 42.6% believes that the level of trust in the High Court is low or non-existent.
