Goal is to vaccinate 60% of population by end of first quarter of 2021

Health Ministry Director Prof. Hezi Levy said in the Coronavirus Cabinet: "The goal is to vaccinate 60% of the population by the end of the first quarter of 2021. Maybe a month later, we will be achieve herd immunity and start returning to routine - but with a mask."
