Diaspora Minister Omar Yankelevich responded to the approval of the Young Settlement Regulation Law in preliminary reading.
"For the sake of our brothers, the residents of Judea and Samaria, I will not be silent. An important step on the path to a normal life for the settlers," Yankelevich said.
