Justice Minister Avi Nissenkorn referred to the proposal to regulate the young Judea/Samaria communities and said that the Defense Ministry is working on such regulation.
"We favor regulation and I personally am in favor of regulation, but it must be done in an informed manner. There are obstacles to moving it."
