DM Benny Gantz reached out to the Prime Minister, asking him to immediately convene a coronavirus cabinet meeting in light of rising infection rates and the impending vaccination campaign.
The DM pointed out that a vaccination campaign cannot begin without the coronavirus cabinet reviewing a clear prioritization plan, and further pointed to the fact that as infection rates are spiking, regulatory decisions that have already been made by the cabinet are not being successfully executed. He further stated that if further restrictions are to be put in place, business owners must be given prior notice.
