The Jerusalem Magistrate's Court released a young man from the La Familia fan group of the Beitar Jerusalem soccer club suspected of spray-painting offensive graffiti targeting team owner Moshe Hogeg in protest of the team selling 50% of its ownership to a member of the Emirates' royal family.
The suspect will remain under house arrest until Sunday. The parties have determined that the hearing on the police request to ban him from attending games will take place Sunday.
The young man will also be forbidden to make contact with Hogeg or harass him in any way.
