The IDF says preliminary investigation of the accidental shooting yesterday from a tank towards the Gaza Strip during an exercise was as a result of a "misunderstanding" that this was a real incident, and as a result one shell was fired that hit the building.
It was also reported that the investigation has not yet been completed.
