Stones were thrown at police forces who came to enforce the ban on gathering during a memorial service held in Jerusalem attended by hundreds of participants.
As a result of the stone-throwing, one of the policemen was hit in the head and was evacuated in light condition for medical treatment at the hospital. Subsequently, the police forces acted to disperse the crowd using riot-control gear and a suspect was arrested for disturbing the peace. The number of people allowed according to orders was allowed to remain in the memorial complex.
