After 11 days of detention, the police will this morning ask the court to release Ilya Shakun to his home under restrictive conditions.
Shakun is suspected of negligently killing Yuli Zolkovich and supplying drugs. Among other things, he will be banned from entering the area of Rabbi Kook Street in Tel Aviv, banned from leaving the country, and must deposit a financial guarantee.
