Speaking on Galei Tzahal this morning, Lior Ben Dor, head of the North African desk in the Foreign Ministry, discussed the recent agreement reached with Morocco.

"We already cooperate with Morocco on a number of issues," he noted, "but official recognition will certainly enhance pre-existing ties. There's a lot of potential here."

Asked to comment on how things might change once Biden assumes the presidency, Ben Dor said, "I don't see any scenario in which Biden would negate the agreement. I simply see the two sides - Morocco and Israel - moving forward with a great deal of momentum."
