22 people were rescued from the fire that broke out in a residential building in Lod early Friday morning. The fire brook out in the building's shelter.
Nine people were evacuated to hospital, eight of them in light condition and one in moderate condition. 14 others received medical treatment at the scene. Firefighters extinguished the flames.
