Government decides: More restrictions if daily infections exceed 2,500

The government has decided on tightening the coronavirus guidelines if daily infections exceed 2,500 or the R rate (number of people infected by every corona carrier) exceeds 1.32.

If after three weeks the R rate does not decline to 1.0, a general lockdown will be imposed.

Meanwhile, no additional restrictions have been imposed for the Hanukkah holiday.
