Speaking on Galei Tzahal today, MK Yaakov Asher (UTJ), head of the Knesset's Regulatory Committee, reflected on the government's latest proposal for a partial closure.
"I understand the government's basic intent," he said, "but I simply don't understand how they think they will implement this idea. How on earth will they make sure that people don't visit other people's homes?"
