The government has authorized an outline for the resumption of youth group activities, involving placing youth in capsules and other measures designed to reduce the spread of coronavirus.
"This is not a simple plan to execute," Higher Education Minister Zeev Elkin admitted, "and it will demand a lot of creative dialogue with the Health Ministry."
