In an interview on the Knesset Channel this morning, MK Kathrin Shitrit (Likud) appeared to hint that Alternate PM Benny Gantz might yet be granted the premiership during the tenure of the current unity government, if Blue & White and Likud start to work together and elections are not called.
"You can't keep placing a sword on the government's neck and saying: 'Get the budget passed right now,'" she said. "No one is trying to evade his obligations," she added.
