Lynn Kaplan elected as head of Tel Mond council

Lynn Kaplan was elected on Tuesday as head of the Tel Mond council in the second round of elections.

Kaplan won a majority of 51.1% of the vote. Avi Eliyahu, who ran against Kaplan, received 48.9% of the vote. The turnout in the election was 64.5%, compared to 69.3% in the first round.
