Minister of Settlement Affairs Tzahi Hanegbi visited the town of Beit El where the land occupied by a military base has been designated as the building site for 350 residential units.
The military base will be relocated to make room for the housing units.
Beit El (pop. 6,500) is located in the Binyamin sector of Samaria, in the hills thirty kilometers north of Jerusalem.
