Iran has claimed that the United States sent forces from an army base in German to liquidate Kassam Soleimani, head of Iran's Revolutionary Guards, in January.
Iran has called upon Germany to join in the investigation of the incident although it is not believed Germany will do so since that nation shares intelligence with the United Sates.
