Min of Health Yuli Edelstein (Likud) recommends keeping Israel's malls closed to the public for the Hanukkah holiday.
"Reopening at least 200 malls nationwide in the face of increasing infections is tantamount to shooting ourselves in the foot and bringing about another lockdown," he said.
