The Central Bureau of Statistics announced that the unemployment rate in November, after the closure, dropped to 14.6%. This, after 130,000 Israelis returned to work.
Currently, the number of unemployed among those aged 15 and over stands at 603,000, of whom 302,000 have been released on unpaid leave. Last month, the unemployment rate was 18%, 732,000 people, of whom 436,000 were on unpaid leave.
