The Central District Attorney's Office filed an indictment in the Ramla Magistrate's Court against Kamal Tenos, a 50-year-old Ramla resident, for "inciting terror and showing solidarity with a terror organization".
According to the indictment, the defendant published for a long period of about three-and-a-half years, from February 2017 until the end of August 2020, systematically, in very wide circulation, words of sympathy, praise, support or solidarity with Hezbollah.
Also, during this period, the defendant posted on Facebook words of praise, sympathy, encouragement, support and identification towards acts of terror, and words of sympathy, support or solidarity with Hamas.
