Ahead of today's discussion in the Coronavirus Cabinet, a new COVID-19 report was submitted by researchers at the Hebrew University: There has been an increase in morbidity in all sectors.
The report also says there is a sharp increase in severe patients and that stability in mortality and recovery is expected in coming days.
