According to updated figures provided by the Health Ministry, 1,434 people were diagnosed as coronavirus carriers in the last 24 hours.
The positivity rate during that period was measured as 2.3%.
There are currently 287 people in serious condition with coronavirus-related complications in the country's hospitals.
