Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has spoken by telephone with his Iranian counterpart, Hassan Rouhani.
During their conversation, Erdogan said that, "The person who killed Mohsen Fakhrizadeh intended to damage regional peace, but whoever attempts to damage regional stability will fail."
