Supply-chain hurdles have caused Pfizer to roll out 50 million COVID-19 vaccines worldwide by the end of this year, half of the 100 million it originally planned to distribute, The Wall Street Journal reported Thursday.
The company still expects to roll out more than a billion doses in 2021 as originally planned.
