Police have arrested an infiltrator in Tel Aviv, after locating him "by chance" due to the fact that he was not wearing a face mask.
When they checked his ID, they discovered that he was a resident of a PA-controlled area and was in Israel illegally. Police also found a substance they suspect is cocaine in his possession, along with suspected stolen items.
