Head of Public Health Services Dr. Sharon Alray-Price told Kan Bet this morning that in her opinion, Israel is already at the start of a third wave of the coronavirus epidemic.
"In the last four weeks, we have tripled the number of infections recorded," she said, adding that, "the rise in the positivity rate is not solely due to asymptomatic cases."
