According to Health Ministry data, 1,523 people were diagnosed with the coronavirus in the last 24 hours in Israel.
2.2% of the tests administered within that period came back positive.
As of today, there are 267 people in serious condition in the country's hospitals, with 99 on ventilators.
The death toll has reached 2,883 people.
