Interviewed by Tom Friedman for the New York Times this morning, presumptive president-elect Joe Biden said that if Iran returns to compliance with the nuclear deal, the United States will sign back onto it.
Biden said that if Iran agrees to abide by its obligations, his administration will return to the negotiating table. He added that despite the fact that Iran is continuing to develop long-range precision missiles, the best way to address the threats and ensure regional peace remains the internationally guaranteed nuclear deal.
