After responding to a request to help the baby of someone who knocked on his door, Meir Liyush put a notice on Facebook asking for the public's help and soon 10,000 shekels were donated to his campaign.
"The public's response to a private request for help is what holds the nation together," Liyush said during an interview on 103 FM radio.
