24 residents of the communities of Yakir and Nofim in Samaria have completed training as volunteers in the local firefighting brigade.
Among those completing the training was Mendel Vaknin, a new immigrant from France.
The firefighters are active throughout Samaria and assist in putting out fires in Arab areas as well.
