NYC Mayor will open elementary schools & pre-K

Sally Goldenberg of Politico updated that New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio announced that he is opening elementary schools & preK beginning Dec. 7 (and many special needs students as of Dec. 10) as well as weekly testing, not monthly.
