Over the weekend, the police issued 4,021 citations for disobeying government COVID-19 orders.
Most of the fines were given for not wearing a mask in public space - 2,972, including 101 for violations of the obligation to isolate and report, 116 reports for various violations by businesses, 114 for being in a public/business place whose activity was prohibited, as well as 680 for leaving a place of residence in a restricted area in violation of regulations.
