Citing the limited time remaining until Joe Biden assumes the US presidency, young leaders of the Judea and Samaria settlers' movement have urged the government to legitimize communities in these areas that include 20,000 residents in total.
Legitimization would mean installation of water and electrical service to the communities in question along with institution of permanent security arrangements.
